What type of sand do I need for concrete?
Concrete sand (also called sharp sand or coarse sand) is specifically graded for mixing with cement. Mason sand is finer and used for mortar and finishing work. We can help you select the right product.
How much does a yard of gravel weigh?
A cubic yard of gravel typically weighs 2,800-3,000 pounds (about 1.4-1.5 tons). Wet gravel and denser materials may weigh more. We sell by the ton for bulk orders.
Do you offer colored or decorative gravel?
We carry natural river rock and some decorative gravel options. For specialty colors, please call ahead to check availability and pricing.
